Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) has finalized updates to 6 CCR 1010-7: Rules and Regulations Governing the Health and Sanitation of Child Care Facilities in the State of Colorado, following a comprehensive process. The Colorado Board of Health adopted the proposed changes on February 19, 2025, and they will take effect starting April 14, 2025. The updated regulation will be available to the public on that date.
