Provider Self Service Portal Training (PSSP)

PSSP training sessions will be held on November 7 from 6:30-8:30 pm.

The Provider Self Service Portal (PSSP) provides Read-Only access to the information stored in the CHATS system. In the PSSP you will be able to access alerts from the county or state regarding child authorizations, your fiscal agreements, payments and other important financial information. Attending this session is mandatory to obtain the registration code to access the PSSP, though it is not a requirement to have a fiscal agreement.
